On Saturday evening, the Mayoress and I had the great pleasure of hosting the Annual Civic Dinner at the iconic King’s Head Hotel in Richmond.
We were delighted to welcome so many distinguished civic guests, together with friends and supporters from across the community. Your presence and generosity helped us to raise vital funds for my three chosen charities:
π Friends of the Friary
π Just the Job, Richmond
π Richmondshire & Hambleton MND Group
The evening was marked by excellent food, thoughtful speeches, and a most entertaining game of Heads and Tails, followed by lively music and dancing well into the night.
The Mayoress and I would like to extend our sincere thanks to all who attended for making the occasion such a memorable and successful event. The funds raised will make a real difference to the invaluable work carried out by these charities, and we are most grateful for your continued support.
It was an honour to host this special evening as Mayor of Richmond — a shining reminder of the generosity, spirit, and unity that makes our town such an extraordinary place.
